PROTOCOL TO FOLLOW
As a Health Care provider I follow safety protocols from CalOsha, CDC, CDPH and FSMTB to protect my clients and myself since I spend long periods of time in close proximity with them.
Please Read and Follow this protocol when you get to your appointment.
1.- Both therapist and client are required to wear a face mask, covering nose and mouth for the entire time spend at the studio.
2.- Body temperature will be taken upon arrival. If temperature is at 100 or above (fever) your session will be cancel.
3.- Only the client can show up for the appointment, No guest allowed.
4.- Client needs to answer some questions COVID-19 related before the session as well as an intake form.
5.- Hand sanitizer is available for clients and therapist.
6.- If for whatever reason you are not feeling good or feeling ill please reschedule your appointment at the time I send you the text reminder or before.
7.- Proper cleaning and disinfecting of all areas occurs between clients using EPA approved disinfectants.
8.- There will be signs in the studio as a reminder of the implementation of these protocols.
9.- Once parked outside my studio please text me so I can unlock and open the door for you.
